Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most Boardcation items are made just for you. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then your order ships out.

How long does delivery take (after it ships)?

United States Usually 3–4 business days
International Usually 5–20 business days (varies by country/customs)

Total estimate = production time + shipping time. Holiday seasons can add a little extra “carrier chaos” — we’ll always help if anything looks weird.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you tracking (when available) so you can watch it cruise toward you.

Address oops?

No worries. If you notice a typo or wrong address, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can re-ship it (re-shipping costs may apply).

International customs

Some countries charge customs fees/duties/taxes. Those are set by your country (not us) and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked. If something shows up damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, returns/exchanges are absolutely no problem — we’ll fix it fast.

If something arrives wrong or damaged

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Send your order number + a couple clear photos
  • We’ll replace it or refund it — whichever makes sense for the situation

What about sizing?

Since each item is made to order, we can’t do unlimited “try-on” exchanges like a big-box store — but we still keep it friendly.

We’ll help you get it right. Use the size chart on each product page, and if you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the move for a relaxed fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start production quickly. If you need to change something, email us ASAP and we’ll try to catch it before it moves into production.

Will I get one package or multiple?

Sometimes items ship separately depending on production. If that happens, you’ll get tracking for each shipment.
